    If you were updating your password early (at least within your 5 day warning), try your old password.

    If that works, go change it again. When the new password is accepted, you must get a small pop-up window saying that it worked. If you do not get the pop-up, the new password you have tried did not conform to the password rules (e.g. it must begin and end with a letter or number), so try another one.

    If that doesn't work, send an email to helpdesk@sd41.bc.ca requesting a "BCeSIS Password Reset". Make sure you include your username (e.g. ab12345) in the message.
