Adding New Event
An event is any appointment that lasts a day or more. Events are not displayed as blocked-out time periods; they appear as banners.
To add an event, open the calendar to the desired day that you like to update. On the selected date, right click on your mouse and select “New All Day Event” in the pop-up box (see picture).
Complete the required details of the Event. You will need to enter an event name (next to Subject) and Location (optional). If the event extends over a few days, adjust the “End time” of the event to the corresponding new date.
In the comment section, please include the main contact’s name for the event.
Once the event’s information is completed, select “Save & Close” button.
Scheduling Recurring Events
Click the "New Items" button in the toolbar and further select the “More Items” option and click on “Recurring Event”. A new dialog box will appear.
Alternatively, on the calendar, select the day you need an event to start and right click to select “New Recurring Event”. A new dialog box will appear.
In the new dialog box that appears, fill in the sections under "Appointment Time," "Recurrence Pattern" and "Range of Recurrence."
Click "OK" and continue filling in your event details as you would normally.
Editing an Event
To reschedule an event to a different day, click and drag the event and move it to the desired new day.
Deleting Event
To delete an event, find and select the event in the calendar. Right click on the mouse and the option window will be prompted.
Select the “Delete” option, and the original event will be removed from the calendar.
