Some people who are no longer at North are still (or are again) receiving emails from our email distribution lists. The problem is that while you are still receiving emails from us, you are no longer visible in the distribution lists (either because we already deleted you or you mysteriously disappeared), so we cannot delete you from the lists either. In order to determine what’s wrong, the HelpDesk needs your assistance. Please follow the instructions included to send them the information they need from you (it must come from your account, I can’t forward your replies to me with the same information).
- Open the message you received in error (i.e. this one).
From the Desktop Client
- Click the small arrow next to the Forward button.
- From the drop-down list, select “Forward as Attachment”
- Address the forwarded email to HelpDesk@burnabyschools.ca
If you're using Webmail, "Forward as Attachment" is not an option. Just forward the email and they'll contact you if they need more info.
