Setting up Outlook Email on your Device

Creating your Exchange account for iPhones and iPad Devices:
1. From the Settings icon, select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. Select your Exchange account
3. Create the account by adding an Exchange account and entering the following attributes
a. Email: Enter your email address
b. Server: outlook.sd41.bc.ca
c. Domain: sd41
d. Username: enter your usual Exchange login (i.e. e12345)
e. Password: enter your usual Exchange password
f. Description: SD41 Exchange
4. Once the account has been created, test your device for normal functionality

Creating your Exchange account for Android Devices:
1. Open the Settings menu and select accounts
2. Select your Exchange ActiveSync account
3. Create the account using the following attributes:
a. Account Name: SD41 Exchange
b. Email Address: Enter your email address
c. Server Address: outlook.sd41.bc.ca
d. Domain: sd41
e. Username: enter your usual Exchange login (i.e. e12345)
f. Password: enter your usual Exchange password
4. Once the account has been created, test your device for normal functionality
